
Brianne Downard

Registered Physiotherapist
Brianne is a graduate from McMaster University where she received her Master’s in Physiotherapy. Prior to this, she graduated with high distinction from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree.
Brianne is currently a Level II Manual Therapist and is continuing post graduate education to become a fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapists. She has also completed acupuncture training through the Canadian Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (CAFCI), and is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, as well as its Orthopaedic Division. Brianne’s clinical interest includes health promotion to prevent injury, disability and disease. Her philosophy involves helping clients take control of their health and well-being through an active rehab program and looks forward to helping individuals regain their optimal level of function as they return to vocational, recreational and/or social environments.
